PRCI’s Mumbai Chapter announces Hindi Online Essay Competition

Inaugurates the new Chapter and Office Bearers; to focus on new-age communication and networking in PR

To mark the National Language Week, the Public Relations Council of India (PRCI), Mumbai Chapter, announced an Online Hindi Essay Competition, today, during the first meeting of its new Chapter members. Amid the world pandemic, the competition will be online and participants are requested to send in their entries before 6pm of 23 September 2020 on the below topics*:

• Various ways of mass communications (जनसंपकण के विविध आयाम) 
• Language for mass communications (जन संपकण के सिए भाषा)
• Need and importance of webinars in Hindi ( हिंदी में वेबिनार की आवश्यकता तथा महत्त्व )
• My language my pride, why sing a foreign tune? ( मेरी लिपि मेरी शान,क्यों करें विदेशी गुणगान )

The competition was announced at the meeting inaugurated by chief guest, Padma Shri Mr. Anup Jalota, and a ‘jampacked screen’ with members representing PRCI’s Governing Council, National Executive, Zonal Executive, Director of NE, Chapter Heads and YCC Office Bearers, on Friday, 11 September 2020, at 3pm.

After the launch of the Essay Writing Competition and introduction of the new members, the PRCI national heads inaugurated the Mumbai Chapter. Mr Anup Jalota, graced the event with his mesmerizing songs and good wishes.

The Mumbai Chapter of PRCI has initiated revival from the roots by announcing the new governing committee aiming to make a difference by setting even higher benchmarks and define the new normal in PR industry. All the members of the committee hail from various prestigious institutions, bringing strong experiences and expertise in their fields and a mix of various industries that PR touches across the Chapter.
