“Safety is not an option but a priority for us at Ford. With the unique installation of Lord Ganesha, we want to highlight the significance of using genuine parts while servicing to ensure the well-being of their loved ones,” said Saurabh Makhija, GM, Sales, Ford India. “Having expanded the distribution of spare-parts through retail stores, we have not only ensured that our Genuine parts are always within your reach but also the convenience of getting the Ford serviced wherever you want.”

To amplify the experience, the Lord Ganesha installation will feature a special 12 cameras set up, allowing visitors to click a 180-degree photograph. Users will also be able to upload their photographs on Facebook with the hashtag #SelfieWithFordGanesha and stand to win a small Ganesha idol, also created with spare parts. Making it more exciting for customers during the Ford Navotsav celebrations, they can avail exciting offers on their car purchases.

Speaking about the unique installation, Madhvi Pittie from Workshop Q said, “As a green product design company, we often experiment with discarded objects and materials from the city’s streets, factories, households and proud to have made a beginning with auto spare parts – thanks to the challenge given by Ford.”

On a journey to deliver the Feels Like Family promise to customers, Ford has been leading some path-breaking initiatives such as:-

Savings through Sub Assembly Levels for Repairs: For Ford vehicles coming for servicing, the ‘Sub Assembly Levels for Repairs’ enables a substantial saving in the overall ownership costs by breaking up an auto part into sub-components. Ford’s latest offering Figo Aspire offers unparalleled ownership experience with close to 850 parts available under sub-assembly.

The promise of trust & transparency with Service Price Calculator: One understands the need to save money during the festive season. Keeping it in mind, Ford has introduced Service Price Promise via the service price and parts price calculator on its website. The price promise allows the customer to know the cost of periodic maintenance or parts even before booking the service at a Ford dealership.

Competitive Parts Pricing: Ford has worked with supplier base to attain increased levels of localization on the products, thereby achieving competitive price points while maintaining high quality. According to the independent survey of parts pricing by Autocar India, Ford has been ranked and rated among the most affordable against a formidable set of competitors.

Retail Parts Distribution: Going Further with its commitment to enhancing customer convenience, Ford has expanded the availability of its Genuine Service Parts across India through appointing exclusive dealers. With the launch of our retail distribution across India, we are ensuring that customers have access to fairly-priced, high-quality parts whether they are visiting a Ford dealership or an independent repair shop
